Chelsea's View of Omahaw

So, yes, Miss always-too-busy-Chelsea is finally adding to the page. I am also adding a very revealing picture as well--so be very aware before scrolling down. Mind you that I have just eaten dinner too, so please don't judge. Here is the long awaited belly picture for those who have not seen pregnant Chelsea. This makes 26 weeks on Thursday

Enough vanity. So, it's the end of the summer--a very hot summer. 95+ degree temperature plus 95% humidity and finally adding pregnancy makes for a very warm summer. However, I still prefer it over the cold winters here in Nebraska. Craig is back in school--anxious but loving it and I'm still working at the feeding clinic in the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at University of Nebraska Medical Center--and loving it.

Craig and I are looking forward to the 3 day weekend--we might get a lil' crazy and go to the Nebraska State Fair. My lil' sister, Rachael, was here in Omaha a couple of weeks ago, and she had the pleasure of accompanying us to the Iowa State Fair--yes do you see a pattern here? Living in the Midwest equates to attending a lot of fairs and rodeos. We're loving it.

It has been absolutely awesome living so far away from home for the first time in both of our lives. We miss our families like crazy, but we're loving all the Craig-and-Chelsea-time. We love it and the famous midwest blizzards so much that we decided to bring another Chambers grand-daughter into the mix. That'll make 10 girlies and one cute lil' guy, for those of you who have kept tabs on the Chambers grandchildren. We're about even on the Durrant side.

The thunder storms have been quite the entertainment lately here in Omahaw. We heard the tornado sirens for the 3rd time in the year we've been here last Monday and we have an excellent view up here in our spacious student housing penthouse.
